Our very own Carl Schiovone will be doing a short segment on meeting your fellow LIREIA members. Remember NETWORKING is key to growing your wealth!

Jeff Friedlander will also be back showing you how to take your low interest earning IRA’s, CD or savings accounts and get a great return on your money through lending out to investors using their property as collateral. This is a great way to earn more money without having to invest in a shaky and uncertain stock market.

We are also fortunate enough to have Joe Scorese explain how to obtain Commercial Financing.

Joseph V. Scorese is an Associate of MAC Investment Company LLC., a lender based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania. Joe has 10 years of experience in the real estate lending industry. At MAC, Joe works with nation wide referral sources and borrowers to structure loans for their needs, and assists with underwriting. These loans include commercial, land acquisition, conversions, residential & etc. Prior to MAC, Joe was a Forensic Auditor which gives him detail background to project manage your hard money loan not process or just broker them. He is currently member and mentor for several Tri State Real Estate Investor Associations and speaks monthly at Real Estate Investor Groups in various states. Joseph V. Scorese received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers State University in 1992.
