The Discussion Forum is a place to communicate & share information related to real estate investing.  Feel free to post any information deemed relevant.  We will not censor the author’s opinions or content, even if we strongly disagree or know the advice to be incorrect, as long as it falls within the boundries listed below.

Upcoming Events

  • General Meetings General membership meetings held 2nd Tuesday of every month at The Huntington Hilton. These monthly meetings are attended by approximately 150-200 people; both members and the general public. Each features a series of “segments” to entertain, inform, and offer networking opportunities.

  • LIHREIA The general membership meeting for the Long Island Hispanic Real Estate Investment Association, spoken in spanish, meets the last Tuesday every month at The Four Points Sheraton in Plainview.

  • Continuing Ed These events include on-site seminars & workshops as well as online webinars. Topics run the gamut from Getting Started, to Foreclosures, through Finding Money, and beyond.

LIREIA, Long Island Real Estate Investment Association is devoted to providing its members with the highest ethics and quality of education regarding real estate investments.
