Monthly Newsletter
Declared by the membership as one of the benefits most appreciated is receiving the newsletter which features articles on various real estate investing subjects. Many companies advertise in all issues or selectively.
Property Listings (coming soon)
All LIREIA members, both individual and business associates, can list any property they have for sale, without charge, in our property listing section. Accessed through the MEMBERS ONLY section on our web site, property listings can include up to 6 photos of the interior or exterior of the property. Exposure is both local through lireia.com and nationally through imlsonline.com. Limited permission is also provided to all business associates to extend this service to it’s customers, as long as listings are added and/or modified by a representative of the business associate company, and no fee is charged for this service.
Joint Ventures & Affiliate Programs
LIREIA has a successful track record as a joint venture partner and affiliate program designer. As a business associate, you will be able to work directly with LIREIA’s marketing personnel to structure a customized campaign to market, sell, automate and promote your products and services to and through LIREIA’s network of resources, clients and other partnership affiliations.
Networking at Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of every month. Each meeting is usually attended by an average of 150 members and guests. A lot of networking takes place at the general meetings, friendships are made, and business contacts secured. Many members go to the meetings just for this purpose.
Promotion at Exhibit Hall
There is a dedicated area for Business Associates to exhibit at each monthly meeting. An associate can rent table space in this area for the evening. Priority sponsorship of a Monthly General Meeting is also available, which afford you the opportunity to be the exclusive vendor at the event.
Display Business Cards and Flyers
There is a dedicated place in the exhibit area at the monthly meetings for flyers and business cards. You can advertise there without purchasing table space. Also you can place your flyers and cards at the LIREIA Sub Group meetings which attracts daily visits by investors who take part in our regular weekly sessions.
Annual Calendar
An annual calendar of events, seminars, etc. is distributed to each member as part of his membership. There is space available on every month for advertisements. We also provide an On-line calendar exclusively for Business Associates on our web site and you are able to submit as many calendar events as you would like. You can even link to your own special web pages from the Calendar Event to provide a more focused marketing look for your visitors.
General Meeting Sponsor
A Business Associate member may sponsor a monthly general meeting. This will afford them the opportunity to speak at a Q & A session from 6:45 pm - 7:00 pm on a real estate subject or service which is related to their industry. They will receive an exhibit table of prominence and are permitted to distribute flyers on the seats in the general meeting room.
Mailers
LIRIEA will provide their mailing list to a preferred mailing house for distribution of your marketing materials to LIRIEA members.
Special Vendors Newspaper
We have plans to issue a special vendor newspaper once or twice a year which feature advertising geared for the real estate investor and landlord.
Classified Ads
Accessed through the MEMBERS ONLY section on our web site, business associates may enter an unlimited number of advertisements and general solicitation entries. Our web site enjoys over 500 daily visitors, with a large percentage looking for opportunities, resources and information to further their business strategy. Your classified listing may well further that search.

LIREIA sponsors monthly meetings which are attended by an average of 100 members and guests every month. As a Business Associate you are entitled to purchase table space and exhibit your product or service during these meetings.
Members often call our offices asking for advice on where to go for services. They are referred to our business directory.
We have several advertising mediums which are available to you including a monthly newsletter, an orientation handbook, meeting programs, flyers, boot camp handbook, calendar, and mailers.
