Guests may attend the Long Island Real Estate Investment Association General Monthly Meetings, Special Events, and Networking events as paid guests. All fees must be paid in advance and through our online payment system prior to attending such events.

General Membership
Provides all of the Web Membership benefits, plus admission to all LIREIA General Meetings. Additionally, general members will be provided with a success journal upon attending your first live LIREIA General Meeting.
Business Associate Membership
Provides all General Membership benefits, plus the opportunity to promote your business through flyers at all General Meetings and two contact names and your website will be posted on our website. Additionally, business associate members will be provided with a success journal upon attending your first live LIREIA General Meeting.

Terms of Payment
Guest Attendance
All guests must pay prior to attending any LIREIA event. There will be no refunds or credits for any and all of our events.
Memberships
All memberships are billed on an annual basis. You will be charged for the first year immediately upon submitting this form. You will also be automatically billed for each subsequent year of membership until you cancel this membership. There will be no refunds or credits for any and all of our memberships. Our memberships are a year commitment to ongoing personal, professional, and investment education and activities.
You may choose to upgrade your membership, and/or submit an application for access to the LIREIA Success Stages(TM) at anytime. You will be charged for these service offerings upon submitting the purchase form. To request a purchase form you must contact the LIREIA at info@lireia.com
Terms of Use
By entering into this Agreement, you, the guest or member, contracts that any and all use of all material contained in and on this website and within the LIREIA shall be used for the sole purpose of developing, executing and managing their respective business or investing career. You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any user name, user ID, or password which you may have received from LIREIA, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of LIREIA’s website (lireia.com) and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.
Release And Waiver
As guests, members, LIREIA Success Stage partners, and sponsors you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Long Island Real Estate Investment Association (LIREIA) and its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any and all services provided.
All parties (guests, members, LIREIA Success Stages(TM) partners, and sponsors) agree that in no event shall LIREIA, its employees, agents, contractors, or suppliers be held liable for individual investment decisions and purchases during events and outside of event. Investing and purchasing of homes, buildings, businesses, and partnering in investment deals are sole responsibility of the individual and not the Long Island Real Estate Investment Association.
Governing Law
The interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Dispute Resolution
Any all dispute(s) that arise from the implementation of this Agreement shall be referred to a qualified Mediator agreed upon by guests, members, LIREIA Success Stages(TM) partners, sponsors and LIREIA, who is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York (“ACRGNY”) and/or the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (“NYSDRA”)
Acknowledgement
The person executing this agreement hereby acknowledges that he or she is an authorized signer for the Billing Account of the party (as guests, members, LIREIA Success Stages(TM) partner, or sponsor) involved in such transaction, and that the credit card information submitted is accurate and complete.
LIREIA RULES:

— GET INVOLVED. - Be honest in all communications and transactions.
- Resolve any potential conflicts and broken agreements immediately.
- Avoid wasting time, energy, and money by doing it on your own—work with a team.
- Be on time by being early.
- Celebrate all wins big or small.
- Everyone must sell by providing excellent service.
- Conduct business legally, ethically, and morally.
