I became a member of the LIREIA over four years ago. I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and was inspired to take action. Today I am business partners with Rich Dad Advisor, Blair Singer—and own two businesses and a Duplex of my own. The LIREIA was the first real estate group that I joined—thanks to all the members of the group for your support.

I joined LIREIA less than a year ago. I was a real estate agent and part time investor, rehabbing one or two properties a year. Since joining, I now have FIVE houses that I am currently rehabbing and have two wholesales under my belt. Everyone in the club is extremely helpful. Not only have I learned so much from the meetings, but the contacts I have made within in the organization are wonderful. Whenever I have a question, I can shoot out an email and get the answer in seconds. I now consider myself to be a full time real estate investor and part time agent.

As a member of the LIREIA organization I have been privy to not only a vast wealth of information, but a greater wealth of people, both professional as well as beginner. In my time as a member I have seen LIREIA grow in many aspects; the variety and quality of speakers, the opportunities presented and the associations that I have developed with Melissa and her staff, the business vendors like Chris Urso from NREIS (whom I have become close friends with) as well as the general membership. As well, I have seen LIREIA grow into an organization that has become more member driven, and that benefits all involved.
All in all, LIREIA has been invaluable in helping me to get to the point in my life where I can truthfully say - “I am making it”, in the sense that I AM achieving my goals. I haven’t gotten to the goal line yet, but because of LIREIA and the people involved, I am well on the way to winning my game.
